Whether the shop is open, in one line that becomes the week when asked. Closed, it answers the one question most visitors arrive with. Opened, the same surface grows into every day's hours on a 24-hour rule, with the present minute marked on today's.
Hoursthis week
How it behaves
- Hover or tap opens it; a tap outside or Esc folds it away.
- The time is the shop's own, wherever the visitor is reading from.
- Hours are read after the page loads, so a cached page is never out of date.
How it is made
- One element changes width, height and corner radius; nothing is swapped.
- The days arrive one after another as the card opens.
- The shop's offset is fixed and derived from UTC, with no timezone library.
